Give your fitness routine new life with Taylor Riley Boxing! Coach Taylor’s cardio chair boxing will get those arms and legs moving while providing a stable base for boxers of all ages and abilities. Most importantly Coach Taylor’s workouts are fun and energetic - you’ll laugh as much as you sweat! You‘ll leave feeling energized, revitalized, amplified!! Come join us, we‘ll definitely leave time for fellowship and some discussion after our workout.
Please join us for an hour fo music and singing, provided by Laura Hancock, a Board Certified Music Therapist. Laura will sing and play guitar to a variety of music genres. Please let us know if you have any requests for her.

Southminster is proud to host a sneak preview screening of Lives Well Lived. This feature documentary celebrates the incredible wit and wisdom of adults 75 to 100 years old who are living their lives to the fullest.
Encompassing over 3000 years of experience, forty people share their secrets and insights to living a meaningful life. Their intimate memories and inspiring personal histories will make you laugh, perhaps cry, but mostly inspire you.
The director’s goal is to bring this generation to the forefront, and to show our greatest role models are those living full and meaningful lives in their later years. Lives Well Lived celebrates the incredible wit, wisdom and life experiences of seniors who are living life to the fullest.
This documentary tells their stories about perseverance, the human spirit, and staying positive in the midst of the great challenges. Their thoughtful perspectives reveal a treasure-trove of life lessons and provide a reminder of the greatest role models in our own families.
Through the film, the director hopes to inspire people of every age to think about what they can do in their own lives to achieve the longevity of both health and spirit that these people have achieved, and to realize that growing older can be a journey to be celebrated.
