Plans and Fees

Charlotte Village Network offers four membership plans. After you complete the Membership Application or submit a paper application, a Care Team Member will contact you to setup a meeting to discuss if CVN is the best fit for you. Full Membership Membership Signup / Information

• Ages 55+(within service area).
• Access to all member services and social activities/educational programs.
• Annual fees are not tax-deductible in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Only $500/year or $42/month for a Full Individual Membership.
• Only $800/year or $67/month for a Full Household Membership.

Reduced Membership Reduced Membership (Individual)

When funds are available, a financial assistance program is offered to members who cannot afford the standard membership fees. To qualify, the applicant's income must be verified by their previous year filed income tax return. The annual fee is determined confidentially. Contact us to find out if you qualify.

Gifted Membership

A Full Membership and Social Membership, both Individual and Household, may be 'gifted' by a friend, family member, business, etc., meaning the membership fee is paid by someone other than the potential member. The recipient must be approved by CVN as a member, acknowledge the gift and consent.

Donors should contact Charlotte Village Network to initiate the gifting process.

Fee Payment Options

Memberships are one year in length and renewable annually on the date of joining.

• Full Membership fees may be paid in an annual sum or in monthly payments.
• Social Memberships are paid in full.
• All payments can be made online or by check. Online payments include an additional charge for processing.
• Members will be notified in advance of membership expiration and automatic renewal options are available.
